Description of Service

PDFWhisk provides free, browser-based PDF processing tools. All file processing occurs locally in your web browser. We do not process, store, or transmit your files.

Use of Service

You may use PDFWhisk for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the content of any files you process. Do not use this service to process illegal content or violate any applicable laws.

No Warranty

PDFWhisk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the tools will produce perfect results in every case. Always keep backup copies of your original files.

Limitation of Liability

Since all processing happens in your browser, we are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or other issues that may occur during file processing. PDFWhisk is a free tool provided for convenience.

Pro Purchases

PDFWhisk is free to use within daily limits (3 tasks a day, files up to 50MB). PDFWhisk Pro removes those limits and is sold as a one-off payment, never a subscription: a 24-hour pass (£1), a 7-day pass (£4.99), a 30-day pass (£7.99) or a 1-year pass (£19), which unlock Pro for that period from purchase, or lifetime access (£39), usable on up to 3 devices. Payments are processed by Stripe. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee; request a refund through our contact form at pdfwhisk.com/contact, using the email address you paid with.

Intellectual Property

PDFWhisk and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us. The PDF tools use open-source libraries (PDF-lib, PDF.js) under their respective licenses.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PDFWhisk after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
