Common questions
Is Pro a subscription?
No. Every option is a one-off payment that never renews. The 24-hour, 7-day, 30-day and 1-year passes unlock Pro for that long from purchase. Lifetime unlocks it permanently.
Which should I choose?
If you just need to finish something today, the 24-hour pass is enough. If you have a job that will take a few days (a job application, a portal upload, a batch of scans), take the 7-day pass. For a month of regular use, take the 30-day pass. If you use PDFs most months, the 1-year pass is the best value, and lifetime means you never pay again. If you handle PDFs every month, lifetime costs less than two months of a typical PDF subscription.
Are my files uploaded when I use Pro?
No. Pro doesn't change the privacy model. Files are processed in your browser and never uploaded. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.
How do I use Pro on another device, or get it back?
After paying you'll see a licence code. On another device, or if you clear your browser, go to pdfwhisk.com/pro/activate and enter that code with the email you paid with. Easiest of all: save the restore link shown after you pay, and open it on any browser. No code? Use the email you paid with and the last 4 digits of your card instead. Pro works on up to 3 devices.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If Pro doesn't work for your files, contact us through the contact form at pdfwhisk.com/contact within 30 days and we'll refund you in full.
